How It Works

1. Anne discusses goals with the leader and nominating leadership.

2. Anne conducts a DISC assessment with the leader to uncover strengths and weaknesses.

3. Anne schedules 1 hour one-on-one coaching calls once every two weeks with a minimum of 6 calls to help the leader work toward achieving their goals.

4. Anne sends weekly accountability questions that help leaders reach their goals faster.

5. Leaders drive their growth and positively impact their organizations!
