How to Create a High Engagement Culture

Employee engagement, if left unattended, it will decline at a rapid rate.

Employee engagement, if nurtured and focused on, will expand and improve at a rapid rate as well.

So how do you create a high engagement culture?

You create high engagement using three main areas:

Strengths – Identify your peoples strength to put them in position to succeed.

Relationships – Pay attention to how friendly your people are with one another.

The stronger your people relate to one another, the more engaged they will be.

Recognition – Acknowledge your people as much and as often as possible.

People are rarely appreciated in their daily lives and may go about the day unnoticed. By recognizing them you show they matter. You show them you see what they are up to and appreciate them.

Focus on your people’s strengths, relationships, and recognition and you are on your way to creating a highly engaged culture.
