😎Just because it is trendy, does not make it right.
Companies want to be agile, flexible, and give workers freedom with their work schedule.
🤔This is great in general, except something is being missed.
What is being missed is if your organization or team benefits as a result of following a specific trend.
🤷🏻♀️Following external trends and applying them to your workplace can have unintended consequences.
📉Consequences such as a negative impact on team and company culture.

Transitioning a traditional work environment to one encouraging remote work for employees. The reason for the transition is in an attempt to attract new talent. (You have “heard” that this is a new trend that works.) .
❓This trend may attract more employees, yet are you prepared as an organization to adopt this trend?
Hiring new team members for a remote work role requires different management skills and will affect your work culture. Are you ready for those changes and how to determine if the outcome is right for you?
