New Beginnings

I have been giving thought to what this transitional phase means for employers.

One theme that keeps coming up is the concept – new beginnings.

The reason why new beginnings keep coming up is because although given a challenge, we were also given an opportunity.

An opportunity to check, correct, and create processes like never before.

A hard stop to business as usual, although abrupt, has created space and time to focus on a new approach.

As a leader, it could be a new approach to leading to incorporate bi-weekly Milestone Meetings, without fail.
As a hiring manager, it could be revitalizing the hiring process to ensure that only the best join the team.
As a human resources director, it could be revamping the onboarding process to make it a “wow” experience for every new hire.

Whatever the role or position, now is the time to prepare for new beginnings for yourself, your people, and your company.
